At StrongandBeautiful, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. These unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.

In my commitment to providing a unique and outstanding treatment experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, I have adopted the following policies:

Please be aware that appointments that are cancelled within a 24-hour notice period or if you do not turn up for your appointment – will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ disrupt the conscientious and prompt service I aspire to provide to all, we can get very busy as a therapist and there will always have been someone who could have been fitted into a missed appointment slot. This is why, as a courtesy to other guests and to staff, these charges exist.

If you are taken ill or there is an emergency, I am a reasonable person, please let me know in the first available instance (i.e; first thing in the morning) and I will waive our fees. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Sexual misconduct is forbidden and the client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be liable for full payment of treatment and be unable to rebook future appointments. 

These policies were adopted to ensure that the therapist's time, the massage studio and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.
